GLIBCPP_CHECK_MATH_SUPPORT and GLIBCPP_CHECK_COMPLEX_MATH_SUPPORT.
Works around irregularies in powerpc "C" compiler, but a good idea
anyway.

New. Merge both old compiler bug checks for complex into this.
