* testsuite/libjava.jvmti/jvmti.exp (gcj_jvmti_compile_cxx_to_o): Likewise.
* gnu/classpath/natVMStackWalker.cc (getCallingClassLoader): Check
klass is non-null.
* java/lang/reflect/natField.cc (getAddr): Call
_Jv_StackTrace::GetCallingClass only if CALLER is non-null.
* java/lang/reflect/natVMProxy.cc (run_proxy): Use
_Jv_getFieldInternal to get field proxyClass.m.
(_Jv_getFieldInternal): New function.

Add _Jv_RewriteBreakpointInsn friend declaration.
* gnu/gcj/jvmti/natBreakpoint.cc (_Jv_RewriteBreakpointInsn)
[DIRECT_THREADED]: New function.
* gnu/gcj/jvmti/Breakpoint.h: Regenerate.
* interpret-run.cc: Define new REWRITE_INSN macro.
Changed all occurrences of insn rewriting to call REWRITE_INSN.

it.

* java/lang/natClass.cc: Likewise.

If parameter_types->length == 0, pass a null paramameter list,
not a zero-length parameter list.
