greater than STACK_CHECK_MAX_VAR_SIZE as variable-sized if generic
stack checking is enabled.
* gimplify.c (gimplify_decl_expr): Treat non-static objects whose
size is greater than STACK_CHECK_MAX_VAR_SIZE as variable-sized
if generic stack checking is enabled.
