* debug.h (struct gcc_debug_hooks): Add NAME and CHILD
arguments to imported_module_or_decl.
(debug_nothing_tree_tree): Removed.
(debug_nothing_tree_tree_tree_bool): New prototype.

(gen_type_die_with_usage): Adjust declare_in_namespace caller.
