* tree-into-ssa.c (struct ssa_name_info): Add age field.
(info_for_ssa_name, current_info_for_ssa_name_age,
blocks_to_update): New variables.
(get_ssa_name_ann): Use info_for_ssa_name instead of SSA_NAME_AUX.
(clear_ssa_name_info, initialize_flags_in_bb,
mark_block_for_update): New functions.
(mark_def_sites, rewrite_stmt): Assert that blocks_to_update is NULL.
(insert_phi_nodes_for, mark_use_interesting, prepare_block_for_update,
prepare_def_site_for): Use mark_block_for_update.
(mark_def_interesting): Assert that the processed block is marked in
blocks_to_update. Do not take blocks argument.
(prepare_use_sites_for, prepare_names_to_update): Do not take blocks
argument.
(rewrite_update_init_block, rewrite_update_stmt): Only process
blocks with statements to rewrite.
(delete_update_ssa): Do not clear SSA_NAME_AUX.
(update_ssa): Initialize and free blocks_to_update. Do not
clear flags on statements. Do not use blocks bitmap.

limits_allow_inlining() function. Warn if inlining is impossible
because the inline candidate calls alloca or uses sjlj exceptions.
(limits_allow_inlining): this new function to check if the inlining
limits are satisfied. Throttle from currfn_max_inline_insns, not from
MAX_INLINE_INSNS_SINGLE. The latter only makes sense if
MAX_INLINE_INSNS_AUTO and MAX_INLINE_INSNS_SINGLE are equal.
Update prototypes.
(tree_inlinable_function_p): Make a bool. Update call to
inlinable_function_p
(expand_call_inline): Use limits_allow_inlining() when not in
unit-at-a-time mode to decide on inlining. Don't use DID_INLINE_FUNC,
instead see if the function was declared `inline'.

* cp-tree.h (struct lang_decl): Don't include c_lang_decl.
(DECL_DECLARED_INLINE_P): Remove.
* decl2.c (import_export_decl): Only look at DECL_DECLARED_INLINE_P
