In LTO mode, if static library and dynamic library contains same
function and both libraries are passed as arguments, linker will link
the function in dynamic library no matter the sequence. This patch
will output LTO symbol node as UNDEF if BUILT_IN_NORMAL function FNDECL
is a math function, then the function in static library will be linked
first if its sequence is ahead of the dynamic library.

We were shoe-horning all built-in enumerations (including frontend
and target-specific ones) into a field of type built_in_function. This
was accessed as either an lvalue or an rvalue using DECL_FUNCTION_CODE.
The obvious danger with this (as was noted by several ??? comments)
is that the ranges have nothing to do with each other, and targets can
easily have more built-in functions than generic code. But my patch to
make the field bigger was the straw that finally made the problem visible.
This patch therefore:
- replaces the field with a plain unsigned int
- turns DECL_FUNCTION_CODE into an rvalue-only accessor that checks
that the function really is BUILT_IN_NORMAL
- adds corresponding DECL_MD_FUNCTION_CODE and DECL_FE_FUNCTION_CODE
accessors for BUILT_IN_MD and BUILT_IN_FRONTEND respectively
- adds DECL_UNCHECKED_FUNCTION_CODE for places that need to access the
underlying field (should be low-level code only)
- adds new helpers for setting the built-in class and function code
- makes DECL_BUILT_IN_CLASS an rvalue-only accessor too, since all
assignments should go through the new helpers

omp_depend_t type for OMP_CLAUSE_DEPEND_DEPOBJ kinds and
some different type for other kinds. Use cp_build_addr_expr

Handle depend clauses with iterators. Only handle static data members
in the special case that const qualified vars may be specified in
firstprivate clause. Complain if const qualified vars without mutable
members are mentioned in data-sharing clauses other than firstprivate
or shared. Use error_at with OMP_CLAUSE_LOCATION (c) as first

refering to the same variable. Use error_at rather than error for
priority and hint clause diagnostics. Fix pasto for hint clause.
Diagnose hint expression that doesn't fold into INTEGER_CST.

OMP_CLAUSE_{IN,TASK}_REDUCTION like OMP_CLAUSE_REDUCTION. Allow any
lvalue as OMP_CLAUSE_DEPEND operand (besides array section), adjust
diagnostics.

This patch changes GET_MODE_NUNITS from unsigned char
to poly_uint16, although it remains a macro when compiling
target code with NUM_POLY_INT_COEFFS == 1.
We can handle permuted loads and stores for variable nunits if
the number of statements is a power of 2, but not otherwise.
The to_constant call in make_vector_type goes away in a later patch.

This patch adds a tree representation for poly_ints. Unlike the
rtx version, the coefficients are INTEGER_CSTs rather than plain
integers, so that we can easily access them as poly_widest_ints
and poly_offset_ints.
The patch also adjusts some places that previously
relied on "constant" meaning "INTEGER_CST". It also makes
sure that the TYPE_SIZE agrees with the TYPE_SIZE_UNIT for
vector booleans, given the existing:
/* Several boolean vector elements may fit in a single unit. */
if (VECTOR_BOOLEAN_TYPE_P (type)
&& type->type_common.mode != BLKmode)
TYPE_SIZE_UNIT (type)
= size_int (GET_MODE_SIZE (type->type_common.mode));
else
TYPE_SIZE_UNIT (type) = int_const_binop (MULT_EXPR,
TYPE_SIZE_UNIT (innertype),
size_int (nunits));

This patch uses a simple compression scheme to represent the contents
of a VECTOR_CST using its leading elements. There are three formats:
1) a repeating sequence of N values. This is encoded using the first
N elements.
2) a "foreground" sequence of N values inserted at the beginning of
a "background" repeating sequence of N values, such as:
{ 1, 2, 0, 0, 0, 0, ... }. This is encoded using the first 2*N
elements.
2) a "foreground" sequence of N values inserted at the beginning of
a "background" repeating sequence of N interleaved linear series,
such as: { 0, 0, 8, 10, 9, 11, 10, 12, ... }. This is encoded
using the first 3*N elements. In practice the foreground values
are often part of the same series as the background values,
such as: { 1, 11, 2, 12, 3, 13, ... }.
This reduces the amount of work involved in processing simple
vector constants and means that the encoding extends naturally
to variable-length vectors.
