This allows JIT to be built with a different thread model from posix
where pthread isn't available
By renaming the acquire_mutex () and release_mutex () member functions
to lock() and unlock() we make the playback::context type meet the C++
Lockable requirements. This allows it to be used with a scoped lock
(i.e. RAII) type as std::lock_guard. This automatically releases the
mutex when leaving the scope.

As of GCC 11 onwards we have required a C++11 compiler, such as GCC 4.8
or later. On the assumption that any such compiler correctly implements
"final" and "override", this patch updates the source tree to stop using
the FINAL and OVERRIDE macros from ansidecl.h, in favor of simply using
"final" and "override" directly.

Finalize declares via available helpers after location is set. Set
TYPE_NAME of primitives and friends to "int" etc. Debug info is now

PR jit/95314 reports a internal error inside verify_gimple, which
turned out to be due to reusing the result of
gcc_jit_lvalue_get_address in several functions, leading to tree nodes
shared between multiple function bodies.
This patch fixes the issue by adopting the "Deep unsharing" strategy
described in the comment in gimplify.c preceding mostly_copy_tree_r:
to mark all of the jit "frontend"'s expression tree nodes with
TREE_VISITED, and to set LANG_HOOKS_DEEP_UNSHARING, so that "they are
unshared on the first reference within functions when the regular
unsharing algorithm runs".

Historically GCC used location_t, while libcpp used source_location.
This inconsistency has been annoying me for a while, so this patch
removes source_location in favor of location_t throughout
(as the latter is shorter).

libgccjit performs numerous checks at the API boundary, but
if these succeed, it ignores errors and other diagnostics emitted
within the core of gcc, and treats the compile of a gcc_jit_context
as having succeeded.
This patch ensures that if any diagnostics are emitted, they
are visible from the libgccjit API, and that the the context is
flagged as having failed.
For now any kind of diagnostic is treated as a jit error,
so warnings and notes also count as errors.
