HOST_WIDE_INT_PRINT* in the string literals of warning/error/inform etc.
make those messages non-translatable, and we have a perfectly fine
alternative when not using system *printf - %w{d,u}.

After building some larger codes using opaque types and some c++ codes
using opaque types it became clear I needed to go through and look for
places where opaque types and modes needed to be handled. A whole pile
of one-liners.

This patch fixes profiledbootstrap failure with LTO enabled.
Not refining alias sets from WPA to ltrans time is a good invariant to
maintain and the canonical type hash behaves this way. However I broke
this with the ODR logic.
Normally we define canonical types for C++ ODR types according to their
type names. However to make ODR types compatible with C types we check
if structurally equivalent C type exists and if so, we ignore ODR
names giving up on the precision.
This however is not stable between WPA and ltrans since at ltrans the
type merging does not see as many types as WPA does. To make this
consistent the patch makes WPA ODR_TYPE_P == 0 for ODR types that
conflicted with non-ODR type.
I had to drop one sanity check in ipa-utils.h (that I think is not very
important - I added it while introducing CXX_ODR_P machinery) and also
it now may happen that we query odr_based_tbaa_p before registering
first ODR type so we do not want to ICE here.
ODR type registration happens early to produce ODR violation warings.
Those are not done at ltrans, so dropping the registration is safe. The
type will still be added while computing the type inheritance graph if
needed for devirtualization (and late devirtualization is not very
useful anyway since it won't enable inlining).

The testcase has failed since r9-5035, because obj_type_ref_class
tries to look up an ODR type when no ODR type information is
available. (The information was available earlier in the
compilation, but was freed during pass_ipa_free_lang_data.)
We then crash dereferencing the null get_odr_type result.
The test passes with -O2. However, it fails again if -fdump-tree-all
is used, since obj_type_ref_class is called indirectly from the
dump routines.
Other code creates ODR type entries on the fly by passing “true”
as the insert parameter. But obj_type_ref_class can't do that
unconditionally, since it should have no side-effects when used
from the dumping code.
Following a suggestion from Honza, this patch adds parameters
to say whether the routines are being called from dump routines
and uses those to derive the insert parameter.

it turns out that half of the global decl stream of cc1 LTO build consits
TREE_LISTS, identifiers and integer cosntats representing TYPE_VALUES of enums.
Those are streamed only to produce ODR warning and used otherwise, so this
patch moves the info to a separate section that is represented and streamed
more effectively.
This also adds place for more info that may be used for ODR diagnostics
(i.e. at the moment we do not warn when the declarations differs i.e. by the
associated member functions and their types) and the type inheritance graph
rather then poluting the global stream.
I was bit unsure what enums we want to store into the section. All parsed
enums is probably too expensive, only those enums streamed to represent IL is
bit hard to get, so I went for those seen by free lang data.
As a plus we now get bit more precise warning because also the location of
mismatched enum CONST_DECL is streamed.
It changes:

ways getting it smaller incrementally, but it streams reasonably fast:

This patch started as work to resole Richard's comment on quadratic lookups
in resolve_speculation. While doing it I however noticed multiple problems
in the new speuclative call code which made the patch quite big. In
particular:
1) Before applying speculation we consider only targets with at lest
probability 1/2.
If profile is sane at most two targets can have probability greater or
equal to 1/2. So the new multi-target speculation code got enabled only
in very special scenario when there ae precisely two target with precise
probability 1/2 (which is tested by the single testcase).
As a conseuqence the multiple target logic got minimal test coverage and
this made us to miss several ICEs.
2) Profile updating in profile merging, tree-inline and indirect call
expansion was wrong which led to inconsistent profiles (as already seen
on the testcase).
3) Code responsible to turn speculative call to direct call was broken for
anything with more than one target.
4) There were multiple cases where call_site_hash went out of sync which
eventually leads to an ICE..
5) Some code expects that all speculative call targets forms a sequence in
the callee linked list but there is no code to maintain that invariant
nor a verifier.
Fixing this it became obvious that the current API of speculative_call_info is
not useful because it really builds on fact tht there are precisely three
components (direct call, ref and indirect call) in every speculative call
sequence. I ended up replacing it with iterator API for direct call
(first_speculative_call_target, next_speculative_call_target) and accessors for
the other coponents updating comment in cgraph.h.
Finally I made the work with call site hash more effetive by updating edge
manipulation to keep them in sequence. So first one can be looked up from the
hash and then they can be iterated by callee.
There are other things that can be improved (for example the speculation should
start with most common target first), but I will try to keep that for next
stage1. This patch is mostly about getting rid of ICE and profile corruption
which is a regression from GCC 9.

This patch protects various uses of DECL_FUNCTION_CODE that didn't
obviously check for BUILT_IN_NORMAL first (either directly or in callers).
They could therefore trigger for functions that either aren't built-ins
or are a different kind of built-in.
Also, the patch removes a redundant GIMPLE_CALL check from
optimize_stdarg_builtin, since it gave the impression that the stmt
was less well checked than it actually is.
