(print_filtered_help): Make new_help non-static. (print_specific_help): Update call to print_filtered_help. (common_handle_option): Update calls to print_specific_help. Use gcc_options structure for more settings. Make --help table const. Don't handle OPT_fprofile_dir_ here.
