This fixes tmpdir-g++.dg-struct-layout-1/{t032,t059} failure. Clang++
also ignores C++17 empty bases in return values.

cxx17_empty_base_field_p fields and set an indicator.
(mips_return_in_msb): Adjust for mips_fpr_return_fields change.
(mips_function_value_1): Inform psABI change about C++17 empty

DECL_SIZE(x) is NULL if x is a flexible array member, but I forgot to
check it in r12-7962. Then if we increase the size of a struct with
flexible array member (by using aligned attribute), the code will
dereference NULL trying to use the "size" of the flexible array member.

If MIPS MCU extension is enable, the IPL section in Cause and Status
registers has been expand to 8bit instead of 6bit.
In Cause: the bits are 10-17.
In Status: the bits are 10-16 and 18.

bootstrap-ubsan revealed 3 bugs (PR 104842, 104843, 104851).

MIPS release 6 requires the lw/ld/sw/sd can work with
unaligned address, while it can be implemented by
full hardware or trap&emulate.
Since it doesn't have to be fully done by hardware, we add a
pair of options -m(no-)unaligned-access. Kernels may need them.

Currently, the asm output file for MIPS has no rev info.
It can make some trouble, for example:
assembler is mips1 by default,
gcc is fpxx by default.
To assemble the output of gcc -S, we have to pass -mips2

The same situation is for some CPU has extension insn.
Octeon is an example.
So we can just add ".set arch=octeon".
If an ASE is enabled, .module ase will also be used.

When -mloongson-mmi is enabled, SHIFT_COUNT_TRUNCATED is turned off.
This causes untruncated immediate shift amount outputed into the asm,
and the GNU assembler refuses to assemble it.
Truncate immediate shift amount when outputing the asm instruction to
make GAS happy again.

Since 'Remove obsolete IRIX 6.5 support' [1] we only use
gp-relative jump-tables for PIC code. We can fall back to

This function, because it is sometimes called even outside of function
bodies, uses create_tmp_var_raw rather than create_tmp_var. But in order
for that to work, when first referenced, the VAR_DECLs need to appear in a
TARGET_EXPR so that during gimplification the var gets the right
DECL_CONTEXT and is added to local decls.

Check if the vector mode is really supported by MSA in certain cases,

The following patch implements what I've talked about, i.e. to no longer
force operands of vec_perm_const into registers in the generic code, but let
each of the (currently 8) targets force it into registers individually,
giving the targets better control on if it does that and when and allowing
them to do something special with some particular operands.
And then defines the define_insn_and_split for the 256-bit and 512-bit
permutations into vpmovzx* (only the bw, wd and dq cases, in theory we could
add define_insn_and_split patterns also for the bd, bq and wq).

The problem here is mips has its own builtin_longjmp
pattern and it was not fixed when expand_builtin_longjmp
was fixed. We need to read the new fp and gp before
restoring the stack as the buffer might be a local
variable.

mips_declare_object_name is missing the support for declaring symbols
as gnu_unique_object that is present in the generic
ASM_DECLARE_OBJECT_NAME in elfos.h. I'm not aware of any
MIPS-specific reason for that support to be absent;
mips_declare_object_name predates the addition of gnu_unique_object
support and as far as I can tell this was simply an oversight when
that support was added. This patch adds the missing support,
following the code in elfos.h.
Tested with no regressions with cross to mips-linux-gnu. In
particular, this fixes the failure of the recently-added glibc test
elf/tst-dlopen-nodelete-reloc, which relies on the compiler generating
such symbols, for MIPS.

This patch tightens the instruction definitions to make sure
that MSA branch instructions cannot be put into delay slots and have their
delay slots eligible for being filled. Also, MSA *div*3 patterns use MSA
branches for zero checks but are not marked as being multi instruction and
thus could be put into delay slots. This patch fixes that.

This patch adds a mode in which the vectoriser tries each available
base vector mode and picks the one with the lowest cost. The new
behaviour is selected by autovectorize_vector_modes.
The patch keeps the current behaviour of preferring a VF of
loop->simdlen over any larger or smaller VF, regardless of costs
or target preferences.

This is another patch in the series to remove the assumption that
all modes involved in vectorisation have to be the same size.
Rather than have the target provide a list of vector sizes,
it makes the target provide a list of vector "approaches",
with each approach represented by a mode.
A later patch will pass this mode to targetm.vectorize.related_mode
to get the vector mode for a given element mode. Until then, the modes
simply act as an alternative way of specifying the vector size.

This was dormant for quite some time, but it started happening for me
on gcc.c-torture/compile/pr65153.c sometime after r276645 for -mabi=32 linux runs.
The pattern accepts any SMALL_OPERAND constant value while it asserts during the final
that the value is in the mode size range. I this case it happens that combine_and_move_insns
during ira makes a pattern with negative "shift count" which fails at final stage.
This simple fix just truncates the constant operand to mode size the same as shift patterns.
