This patch defines a new intrinsic function
__builtin_speculation_safe_value. A generic default implementation is
defined which will attempt to use the backend pattern
"speculation_safe_barrier". If this pattern is not defined, or if it
is not available, then the compiler will emit a warning, but
compilation will continue.
Note that the test spec-barrier-1.c will currently fail on all
targets. This is deliberate, the failure will go away when
appropriate action is taken for each target backend.

Give up the inlining expansion for strcmp/strncmp/memcmp on a target
where the type of the call has same or narrower presicion than unsigned
char.
Change char to unsigned char for strcmp/strncmp when expand them to
a sequence of byte comparisons.
Due to C standard section 7.24.4:
The sign of a nonzero value returned by the comparison functions memcmp,
strcmp, and strncmp is determined by the sign of the difference between
the values of the first pair of characters (both interpreted as unsigned
char) that differ in the objects being compared.
bootstraped and tested on both X86 and Aarch64. no regression.

Inline strcmp with small constant strings
The design doc for PR78809 is at:
https://www.mail-archive.com/gcc@gcc.gnu.org/msg83822.html
this patch is for the third part of change of PR78809.
C. for strcmp (s1, s2), strncmp (s1, s2, n), and memcmp (s1, s2, n)
if the result is NOT used to do simple equality test against zero, one of
"s1" or "s2" is a small constant string, n is a constant, and the Min value of
the length of the constant string and "n" is smaller than a predefined
threshold T,
inline the call by a byte-to-byte comparision sequence to avoid calling
overhead.
adding test case strcmpopt_5.c into gcc.dg for part C of PR78809.
adding test case strcmpopt_6.c into gcc.dg to test the following case:
When the specified length exceeds one of the arguments of the call to memcmp,
the call to memcmp should NOT be inlined.

Patch for PR83026
https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=78809
Inline strcmp with small constant strings
https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=83026
missing strlen optimization for strcmp of unequal strings
The design doc for PR78809 is at:
https://www.mail-archive.com/gcc@gcc.gnu.org/msg83822.html
this patch is for the second part of change of PR78809 and PR83026:
B. for strncmp (s1, s2, n) (!)= 0 or strcmp (s1, s2) (!)= 0
B.1. (PR83026) When the lengths of both arguments are constant and
it's a strcmp:
* if the lengths are NOT equal, we can safely fold the call
to a non-zero value.
* otherwise, do nothing now.
B.2. (PR78809) When the length of one argument is constant, try to replace
the call with a __builtin_str(n)cmp_eq call where possible, i.e:
strncmp (s, STR, C) (!)= 0 in which, s is a pointer to a string, STR is a
string with constant length, C is a constant.
if (C <= strlen(STR) && sizeof_array(s) > C)
{
replace this call with
__builtin_strncmp_eq (s, STR, C) (!)= 0
}
if (C > strlen(STR)
{
it can be safely treated as a call to strcmp (s, STR) (!)= 0
can handled by the following strcmp.
}
strcmp (s, STR) (!)= 0 in which, s is a pointer to a string, STR is a
string with constant length.
if (sizeof_array(s) > strlen(STR))
{
replace this call with
__builtin_strcmp_eq (s, STR, strlen(STR)+1) (!)= 0
}
later when expanding the new __builtin_str(n)cmp_eq calls, first expand them
as __builtin_memcmp_eq, if the expansion does not succeed, change them back
to call to __builtin_str(n)cmp.

There are four optabs for various forms of fused multiply-add:
fma, fms, fnma and fnms. Of these, only fma had a direct gimple
representation. For the other three we relied on special pattern-
matching during expand, although tree-ssa-math-opts.c did have
some code to try to second-guess what expand would do.
This patch removes the old FMA_EXPR representation of fma and
introduces four new internal functions, one for each optab.
IFN_FMA is tied to BUILT_IN_FMA* while the other three are
independent directly-mapped internal functions. It's then
possible to do the pattern-matching in match.pd and
tree-ssa-math-opts.c (via folding) can select the exact
FMA-based operation.
The BRIG & HSA parts are a best guess, but seem relatively simple.

we shouldn't claim string overflows for character arrays at
end of structures; the code that tries to avoid these
accidentally passed the address of the accessed member to
array_at_struct_end_p(), but that one wants the component_ref

This commit adds the -fmacro-prefix-map option that allows remapping of file
names in __FILE__, __BASE_FILE__, and __builtin_FILE(), similar to how
-fdebug-prefix-map allows to do the same for debug information.
Additionally, it adds -ffile-prefix-map which can be used to specify both
mappings with a single option (and, should we need to add more -f*-prefix-map
options in the future, those as well).

This patch adds new utility functions for manipulating REG_ARGS_SIZE
notes and allows the notes to carry polynomial as well as constant sizes.
The code was inconsistent about whether INT_MIN or HOST_WIDE_INT_MIN
should be used to represent an unknown size. The patch uses
HOST_WIDE_INT_MIN throughout.
