recognzize the similar Iterated_Element_Association. This node
is only generated when an explicit Key_Expression is given.
Otherwise the distinction between the two iterated forms is done
during semantic analysis.

first extra formal of the internally built pointer type.
* sem_ch3.adb (Derive_Subprogram): Do not inherit extra formals
from a limited interface parent since limitedness is not
inherited in such case (AI-419) and this affects the extra
formals.

* par-ch3.adb (P_Identifier_Declarations): Add parsing of object
renamings that have neither a subtype_mark nor an
access_definition. Issue an error if the version is earlier than
Ada_2020, and suggest using -gnatX.
* sem_ch8.adb (Analyze_Object_Renaming): Handle
object_renaming_declarations that don't have an explicit
subtype. Errors are issued when the name is inappropriate or
ambiguous, and otherwise the Etype of the renaming entity is set
from the Etype of the renamed object.
* sem_util.adb (Has_Null_Exclusion): Allow for the case of no
subtype given in an N_Object_Renaming_Declaration.
* sprint.adb (Sprint_Node_Actual): Handle printing of
N_Object_Renaming_Declarations that are specified without an
explicit subtype.

This is a small enhancement to the -gnatD/-gnatG output: the base type
of fixed-point types, which is usually an itype, used to be printed as
??? in this case. It is now printed in a similar fashion as the first

intent and document why we need to manage alignment padding.
(Header_Offset): Set to Header'Object_Size instead of 'Size
rounded up to Storage_Alignment. Storage_Alignment on the
allocation header is not required by our internals so was
overkill. 'Object_Size is enough to ensure proper alignment
of the header address when substracted from a storage address
aligned on Storage_Alignment.
(Minimum_Allocation): Rename as Extra_Allocation, conveying that
this is always added on top of the incoming allocation requests.
(Align): New function, to perform alignment rounding operations.
(Allocate): Add comments on the Storage_Address computation
scheme and adjust so that the alignment padding applies to that
(Storage_Address) only.
