record the corresponding library graph.

* bindo-graphs.ads (Library_Graph_Edge_Kind): Reorder enumerals
to reflect the order of adding edges. Clarify comments.
* bindo-graphs.adb (Add_Edge_Kind_Check): Correct the
assertions. Reorder the "when"s to match the order of adding
edges, and therefore the order of enumerals in type
Library_Graph_Edge_Kind. Change names to "Old_" and "New_" to
clarify what's what. Combine Invocation_Edge into the "<="
test. Fix the "raise Program_Error" message, which was
backwards.

* bindo-graphs.adb (function Add_Edge): Rename
Add_Edge_With_Return to Add_Edge; we can tell it returns because
it's a function, and overloading seems appropriate in this case.
If Activates_Task=True, and we're not going to add a new edge
because an existing Pred-->Succ edge already exists, then set
Activates_Task to True on the preexisting edge. This ensures
that the message:
info: use pragma Restrictions (No_Entry_Calls_In_Elaboration_Code)
appears when appropriate, no matter in what order the edges
happened to be processed.
(procedure Add_Edge): Remove redundant assertions.
(Activates_Task): Other kinds of edges can have
Activates_Task=True. For example, if we had a With_Edge and
then an Invocation_Edge with Activates_Task=True, then the
With_Edge has Activates_Task set to True.
(Add_Edge_Kind_Check): New procedure to prevent other bugs of
this nature. For example, if we were to sometimes call Add_Edge
for a Spec_Before_Body_Edge followed by Add_Edge for a
With_Edge, and sometimes in the other order, that would cause a
similar bug to what we're fixing here.
(Set_Is_Recorded_Edge): Val parameter is not used. Get rid of
it.
(Set_Activates_Task): New procedure to set the Activates_Task flag.
* bindo-graphs.ads (Library_Graph_Edge_Kind): Reorder the
enumeration literals to facilitate Add_Edge_Kind_Check.
* ali.adb (Known_ALI_Lines): The comment about "still available"
was wrong. Fix that by erasing the comment, and encoding the
relevant information in real code. Take advantage of Ada's full
coverage rules by removing "others =>". Also DRY.

This patch introduces a new cycle detection algorithm which is based on
Tarjan's "Enumeration of the Elementary Circuits of a Directed Graph"
algorithm, with several ideas borrowed from Jonson's "Finding all the
Elementary Circuits of a Directed Graph" algorithm.
No need for a test because the new algorithm improves the performance of
cycle detection only.

This patch updates the library graph augmentation mechanism of the
elaboration order v4.0 to emulate a particular behavior of the v3.0
scheme involving generic instantiations. If a unit without any
elaboration code instantiates a generic without any elaboration code,
the invocation edge from the instance to the generic body is not
considered for library graph augmentation.

This patch introduces several changes to the new elaboration order
mechanism:
* The concept of "strong" and "weak" edges is introduced. Strong
edges are the byproduct of language-defined relations between
units, such as with clauses. Weak edges are the byproduct of
specilative invocations at elaboration time, which may or may not
take place depending on control flow.
* The elaboration order algorithm has been heavily modified to make
use of the strong and weak edges, and operate on units compiled
with different elaboration models.
* The elaboration order algorithm employs the following logic:
- Maintain two sets of vertices, one for all elaborable
vertices, and one for all waiting vertices.
- Pick the best elaborable vertex, and elaborate its component.
- If no such elaborable vertex is available, pick the best
weakly elaborable vertex whose unit has been compiled with the
dynamic model, and elaborate its component.
- If no such weakly elaborable vertex is available, then either
all vertices were already elaborated, or the graph contains a
cycle.
The elaboration of a component employs the same logic, with an
added step where all successors of some predecessor currently being
elaborated are notified that they have one fewer predecessor to
wait on. This may cause certain successors to become elaborable, in
which case they are moved from the set of waiting vertices to the
set of elaborable vertices.
* Three new GNATbind debug switches are introduced, -d_a, -d_b, and
-d_e, to eliminate the effects of pragmas Elaborate_All,
Elaborate_Body, and Elaborate respectively.
* The section on terminology is updated to include new entries.

This patch introduces several changes to the new elaboration order
mechanism:
* The library graph can now discover, store, and organize the various
cycles it contains.
* The elaboration order mechanism can now diagnose one or all cycles
within the library graph. Diagnostics consist of describing the
reason for the cycle, listing all units comprising the circuit, and
offering suggestions on how to break the cycle.
The patch also modifies unit ALI to hide all invocation-related data
structures and several implementation-specific types by relocating them
in the body of the unit.
The patch cleans up most children of Bindo by using better names of
routines and formal parameters.

The dynamic ABE checks model now emits the same diagnostics as those of the
static ABE checks model.
The ABE checks mechanism has been redesigned and refactored in the face of
increasing requirements. Most of the functionality can now be toggled, thus
allowing for various combinations of behavior. The combinations are defined
as "initial states" and may be further altered.
Scenarios and targets have been distinctly separated at the higher level,
instead of directly working with nodes and entitites. Scenarios and targets
now carry a representation which removes the need to constantly recompute
relevant attributes, and offers a common interface for the various processors.
Most processing has now been refactored into "services" which perform a single
ABE-related function.

A new elaboration order mechanism based on the use of an invocation graph to
provide extra information about the flow of execution at elaboration time has
been introduced.
