(mips_expand_call): Replace the SIBCALL_P argument with a mips_call_type argument and handle the new MIPS_CALL_EPILOGUE value. Take a LAZY_P parameter. Call mips16_build_call_stub first, allowing it to modify the call address. Update the calls to mips_load_call_address and mips_emit_call_insn. (mips_split_call): New function.
