gcc_release (error, inform): Use $@ instead of $1.
* gcc_release (error, inform): Use $@ instead of $1.
(build_sources): Check for ^[[:blank:]]*GCC in both index.html
and changes.html, rather than for GCC in one and ^GCC in another one.
