d: Enable miscellaneous warnings by -Wextra flag
These warnings are handled outside of the D core language front-end, so
shouldn't be enabled by -Wall.
gcc/d/ChangeLog:
* lang.opt (Waddress): Enable warning by -Wextra.
(Wcast-result): Likewise.
(Wunknown-pragmas): Likewise.
