* libsupc++/Makefile.am: Add --tag CXX, --tag CC, comments.
* libsupc++/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* src/Makefile.am: Duplicate code.

* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCPP_ENABLE_RELIBGCC): Take this out.
* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
* configure.in: And here.
* configure: Regenerate.
* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCPP_CHECK_LINKER_FEATURES): Disable
test for SECTION_LDFLAGS.
