(movdicc): Remove check for ISA_MIPS32.
(bunordered, bordered, bungt, bunlt, buneq, bunge, bunle,
sunordered_df, sunordered_sf, sordered_df, sordered_sf,
sunlt_df, sunlt_sf, sungt_df, sungt_sf, suneq_df, suneq_sf, sunge_df,
sunge_sf, sunle_df, sunle_sf): New patterns.
