* system.h (ENUM_BITFIELD): Use __extension__.
(CHAR_BITFIELD): Likewise.
cp/
* cp-tree.h (struct lang_type_header): Remove __extension__.
testsuite/
* gcc.dg/bitfld-1.c: Expect warnings for enum bitfields.
