InetAddress.java: Reformatted.

	* java/net/InetAddress.java: Reformatted.
	(loopback): Initialize with Inet4Address object.
	(static): Initialize ANY_IF with Inet4Address object.
	(InetAddress): Removed unused package-private constructor.
