calling get on backing list.
(listIterator.next): Likewise.
* java/util/LinkedList.java (addLastEntry): Don't increment size before
checking for size == 0.
(addFirstEntry): Rearrange to match addLastEntry.
(add): Do not increment size before inserting the new entry.
* java/util/AbstractCollection.java (addAll): Use size of the
correct collection for loop bound.
