combine.c (recog_for_combine): Remove the old notes prior to attempting to recognize the new pattern.
* combine.c (recog_for_combine): Remove the old notes
prior to attempting to recognize the new pattern.
(distribute_notes): Ignore REG_NONNEG notes.
