* java/net/DatagramSocket.java
(DatagramSocket): No need to set SO_REUSEADDRESS here. This belongs
into the Multicast constructors.
* java/net/DatagramSocketImpl.java
(getOption): Removed.
(setOption): Removed.
* java/net/MulticastSocket.java
(MulticastSocket): Call setReuseAddress (true).
* java/net/SocketImpl.java
(getOption): Removed.
(setOption): Removed.
