linux-unwind.h (shmedia_fallback_frame_state): Set fs->signal_frame.
* config/sh/linux-unwind.h (shmedia_fallback_frame_state): Set
fs->signal_frame.
(sh_fallback_frame_state): Likewise.
* include/sh-signal.h (MAKE_THROW_FRAME): Change into empty
macro.
