* atree.adb, atree.ads (Num_Extension_Nodes): Switch to Node_Id, since
this is value is used in Node_Id arithmetic operations.
(Copy_Node, Exchange_Entities): Use loops indexed by Num_Extension_Nodes
instead of hard-coded unrolled code.
