acinclude.m4 (LIBGFOR_TARGET_ILP32): Remove test.
* acinclude.m4 (LIBGFOR_TARGET_ILP32): Remove test.
* configure.ac: Don't call LIBGFOR_TARGET_ILP32.
* configure: Regenerate.
