re PR libfortran/47883 (libgfortran configuration should use AC_LINK_IFELSE instead of AC_TRY_LINK)
PR libfortran/47883 * acinclude.m4: Don't use AC_TRY_ macros. * configure.ac: Likewise. * configure: Regenerate. From-SVN: r171056
