configure.in (toolexecdir, [...]): Set and AC_SUBST.
* configure.in (toolexecdir, toolexeclibdir): Set and AC_SUBST.
Remove USE_LIBDIR conditional.
* Makefile.am (toolexecdir, toolexeclibdir): Don't override.
* Makefile.in, configure: Rebuilt.
