Backport of RISC-V support for libffi
* configure.host: Add RISC-V support.
* Makefile.am: Likewise.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* src/riscv/ffi.c, src/riscv/ffitarget.h, src/riscv/sysv.S: New
files.
