configure.ac: Define FFI_MMAP_EXEC_WRIT for the given targets.

* configure.ac: Define FFI_MMAP_EXEC_WRIT for the given targets.
* configure: Regenerate.
* fficonfig.h.in: Likewise.
* src/closures.c: Remove the FFI_MMAP_EXEC_WRIT definition for
Solaris/x86.
