re PR libffi/64581 (libffi/testsuite/libffi.special/special.exp doesn't use newly built GCC)
PR libffi/64581
* testsuite/lib/libffi.exp (libffi_target_compile): Don't switch
to C++ mode when compiling C++ source code.
