	(stage[2-4]_build): Add POSTSTAGE1_FLAGS_TO_PASS.
	(stageprofile_build, stageprofile_copy, stagefeedback_build,
	stagefeedback_copy): New.
	(restageprofile, restagefeedback, stageprofile-start,
	stageprofile, stagefeedback-start): Likewise.
