add an upper limit on the number of array references
* graphite-scop-detection.c (build_scops): Do not handle scops with more
than PARAM_GRAPHITE_MAX_ARRAYS_PER_SCOP arrays.
* params.def (PARAM_GRAPHITE_MAX_ARRAYS_PER_SCOP): New.
