re PR target/9468 ([HP-UX] 3.2.1 ICE building libgcc muldi3.o when dwarf2 is enabled)
PR target/9468
* configure.ac: Ignore --with-dwarf2 option on 32-bit hppa*-*-hpux*.
* configure: Rebuild.
