re PR fortran/15478 (gfortran manual problems)
PR fortran/15478
* doc/install.texi: Document GMP as prerequisite. Document
--with-gmp and --with-gmp-dir configure options.
* fortran/gfortran.texi: Remove section 'Compiling and testing',
remove TOC reference to it.
