sparc.c: Remove all references to TARGET_EPILOGUE.
* config/sparc/sparc.c: Remove all references to TARGET_EPILOGUE. (sparc_emitting_epilogue): New. (leaf_label, output_return, sparc_return_peephole_ok): Remove. * config/sparc/sparc-protos.h: Update. * config/sparc/sparc.h (MASK_EPILOGUE, TARGET_EPILOGUE): Remove. (TARGET_SWITCHES): Update. * config/sparc/sparc.md (return): Remove.
