* fixinc/gnu-regex.c: Change 'CYGNUS LOCAL' to 'EGCS LOCAL'. In gcc/ch/: * Make-lang.in: Remove 'CYGNUS LOCAL' markers. * Makefile.in: Likewise. * configure: Likewise. From-SVN: r37236
