Makefile.in (.po.pox): Look both in srcdir and builddir for $(PACKAGE).pot.
* Makefile.in (.po.pox): Look both in srcdir and builddir
for $(PACKAGE).pot.
(po/$(PACKAGE).pot): Don't move-if-change the new potfile over
to the source directory.
* po/exgettext: Deposit new potfile in po subdir.
