lto-wrapper.c (fatal, [...]): Remove functions.
* lto-wrapper.c (fatal, fatal_perror): Remove functions. All callers changed to use fatal_error. (main): Ensure lto_wrapper_cleanup is run atexit. From-SVN: r211243
