(read_decimal): Interpret ' ' character correctly for BZ or BN. (read_radix): Interpret ' ' character correctly for BZ or BN. (read_f): Interpret ' ' character correctly for BZ or BN. * gfortran.dg/test (fmt_read_bz_bn.f90): New test case. From-SVN: r101837
