ctfc: get rid of the static variable in ctf_list_add_ctf_vars ()

gcc/ChangeLog:
* ctfc.h (struct ctf_container): Introduce a new member.
* ctfout.cc (ctf_list_add_ctf_vars): Use it instead of static
variable.
