Document that -fno-trampolines is for Ada only [PR100735]

* doc/invoke.texi (Code Gen Options); Document that -fno-trampolines
and -ftrampolines work only with Ada.
* doc/tm.texi.in (Trampolines): Likewise.
* doc/tm.texi: Regenerated.
