h8300.c (print_operand): Remove support for operand character 'b'.
* config/h8300/h8300.c (print_operand): Remove support for
operand character 'b'.
Add the AND case to operand character 'c'.
* config/h8300/h8300.md (two anonymous patterns): Replace
operand character 'b' with 'c'.
