xm-svr4.h (SYS_SIGLIST_DECLARED): Define.
* xm-svr4.h (SYS_SIGLIST_DECLARED): Define.
* xm-news.h (SYS_SIGLIST_DECLARED): Likewise.
* gcc.texi: Note that if you define sys_siglist that you should
also define SYS_SIGLIST_DECLARED.
autoconf doesn't handle finding sys_siglist under different names.
