jump.c (onlyjump_p): New function.
* jump.c (onlyjump_p): New function.
* rtl.h: Declare it.
* flow.c (delete_unreachable_blocks): Use onlyjump_p instead
of condjump_p in calling tidy_fallthru_edge and merge_blocks.
