sh.h (OPTIMIZATION_OPTIONS): Set flag_omit_frame_pointer to 2 instead of -1.
* config/sh/sh.h (OPTIMIZATION_OPTIONS): Set flag_omit_frame_pointer
to 2 instead of -1.
(OVERRIDE_OPTIONS): Check if flag_omit_frame_pointer is equal
to 2.
