Makefile.in (LOOSE_WARN, [...]): Update comments.
* Makefile.in (LOOSE_WARN, STRICT_WARN): Update comments. * configure.ac (loose_warn): Move -Wc++-compat from here... (strict_warn): ...to here. * configure: Regenerate. From-SVN: r137699
