linux64.h: Remove MASK_PROFILE_KERNEL, and TARGET_PROFILE_KERNEL.
* config/rs6000/linux64.h: Remove MASK_PROFILE_KERNEL, and
TARGET_PROFILE_KERNEL.
* config/rs6000/rs6000.c (output_profile_hook): Add comment to
TARGET_PROFILE_KERNEL use.
