d: Fix documentation of -defaultlib= and -debuglib=
From the generated manpages, it was not clear that its usage is
'-debuglib=<libname>'.
gcc/d/ChangeLog:
* gdc.texi (Options for Linking): Clarify usage of -defaultlib= and
-debuglib= options.
