cpphash.c (collect_expansion): Also catch ## at start of macro.
* cpphash.c (collect_expansion): Also catch ## at start of macro.
* varasm.c (make_decl_rtl): Don't add a number to members of
local classes.
(make_function_rtl): Likewise.
